Every practitioner genuinely enjoys spending time with the children, getting to know them as individuals, developing secure, respectful and trusting relationships and creating a safe and enabling environment to nurture, inspire and challenge.
We recognise the importance of working closely and in partnership with our families, outside agencies and the community and openly encourage their participation, involvement and opinion in all aspects of school life.
